Par for the Dungeon - In App Purchase Bug Fix - Version 1.0.8

The following instructions address the iOS In-App Purchase Bug found in Par for the Dungeon, version 1.0.8. The solution is found by updating to the newest version, 1.0.9, or higher and restoring purchases. See instructions on how to do so below.
Open the App Store
1. Search for and select Par for the Dungeon
2. Click Update
3. Open Par for the Dungeon
4. Verify that the version number on the bottom right of the Menu Screen is 1.0.9
5. Open Settings (the gear on the top left)
6. Select Saves
7. Select Restore Purchases
8. Previously purchased items should now be available.
a. Check the top right corner to view the number of retries.
b. If you bought the Limited Time Offer
i. Click the coat hanger on the left to open your “Closet.”
ii. Scroll down to the bottom. The fourth last skin should be unlocked and displaying the Ball Land Lord skin.
Refunds
Sleeping Giant Interactive Inc. is unable to process refunds. Refunds are processed through Apple Support.
If you need to receive a refund for any purchases please submit a request through Apple.
This can be done by:
1. Clicking the “Report a Problem” link on your receipt.
2. Select “Request a refund”
3. Choose a “Tell us more option”
4. Select Next
5. Select the item you wish to refund.
6. Click Submit
